Abstract

Celebrity osobe, u današnjem svijetu su vrlo praćene i medijski ekponirane, više nego ikad prije. Takve osobe nameću trendove i zavode mase na način da u javnost plasiraju ono što se njima sviđa i ono što žele da bude viđeno. Putem medija, posebno televizije, zvijezde reality emisija žive svoj život i prikazuju ga u onakvom svjetlu kakvom žele, najčešće isceniranom i snimljenom iz više navrata. Osobe koje prate celebrity zvijezde putem društvenih mreža gledaju njihove živote te se u nekim segmentima poistovjećuju s njima. Ispitanici u ovom radu su pokazali kako nisu previše zainteresirani za reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, kako ni ne gledaju navedeni reality ali se dalje u istraživanju pokazalo kako su ispitanici itekako primjetili materijalno bogatstvo koje ove zvijezde posjeduju, te u tom segmentu ispitanici žele biti kao i ova popularna obitelj. Također, u istraživanju se pokazalo kako mladi, zaista, provedu veliki broj sati dnevno na društvenim mrežama.

Abstract (english)

Celebrities today are very much followed and media exposed, more than ever before. Such person impose trends and seduce the masses by publishing what they like and what they want to be seen in public. By the media, especially television, reality show stars are living their life and showing it in light they want, most frequently featured and recorded on multiple occasions. People watching celebrity stars through social netwoks watch their lives and identify them in some segments. Interviewees in this study showed they were not too interested in the reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. They showed that they are not watching this reality show but as study shows, the interviewees have noticed the material wealth that theese stars possess, and in this segments the intervieewes want to be like this popular family. Also, study has shown that young people. Indeed, spend a large number of hours per day on social networks.
