Abstract

Ovaj rad istražuje odnose između ruske vlasti i privatnog sektora i njihovu neformalnu
prirodu. Postavljeno istraživačko pitanje glasi je li dolaskom Vladimira Putina na vlast u
Rusiji stvorena nova elita koja upravlja državom i gospodarstvom, a povezana je u jednu
veliku neformalnu mrežu. Istražuje se priroda neformalnih odnosa, struktura elitnih skupina i
daje se pregled promjena odnosa između vlasti i privatnog sektora koje su se događale kroz
gotovo dva desetljeća. Neosporna je činjenica da je Vladimir Putin rusku državu izvukao iz
velike krize u kojoj se našla na prijelazu milenija, no ovaj rad pokušava prikazati na koji način
se to dogodilo i tko su, uz predsjednika, bili ljudi koji su zaslužni za vraćanje Ruske
Federacije kao velike sile na kartu svijeta. Zaključak na kraju obuhvaća sve što se u radu
istraživalo te se daje mišljenje u o tome u kojem smjeru bi se Rusija trebala kretati želi li
prosperirati.

Abstract (english)

This paper researches the relationship between Russian government and private sector
and their informal nature. The main question this paper aims to answer is if new elite emerged
when Vladimir Putin became the president of Russian Federation, an elite which is very
powerful and is connected in one big informal network. Some of the subjects that are being
researched are the nature of informal relations, structure of elite groups and the changes
between relations of government and the private sector that took place in the last two decades.
It is an indisputable fact that Vladimir Putin helped solve a big crisis that Russia was in at the
turn of the last century, but this paper tries to show how that happened and who, along the
president, were the people who were responsible for bringing back Russian Federation as a
big power on the world map. The conclusion encompasses everything that has been
researched in the paper and gives an opinion in which direction should Russian go if they
wish to prosper.
