Abstract

Kritična infrastruktura podrazumijeva objekte od nacionalne važnosti čiji prekid djelovanja ili prekid isporuke roba ili usluga može imati ozbiljne posljedice na nacionalnu sigurnost, zdravlje i živote ljudi, imovinu i okoliš, sigurnost i ekonomsku stabilnost. U radu se navode pojedine sastavnice kritične infrastrukture te se opisuje utjecaj sigurnosti kritičke infrastrukture na nacionalnu sigurnost. Posebno se naglašava važnost energetske kritične infrastrukture kao značajnog čimbenika nacionalne sigurnosti. Svi ovi elementi razmatraju se u kontekstu relevantnom za sigurnost Republike Hrvatske. Navedene su i moguće ugroze na sustav kritične infrastrukture te određene metode i mjere kojima bi se ta sigurnost mogla povećati. U radu se prikazuje i kako moderni sustavi doprinose sigurnosti te riješena koja se rabe za postizanje veće razine sigurnosti ali i osobni način promišljanja o zaštiti i metodama u slučaju ugroze kritične infrastrukture.

Abstract (english)

Critical infrastructure includes facilities of national importance whose disruption or interruption in delivery of goods or usage of services can have serious consequences on national security, human health and life, property and environment, security and economic stability. This paper shows individual components of critical infrastructure and describe the impact of critical infrastructure security on national security. The importance of critical energy infrastructure as a significant factor in national security is particularly emphasized. All these elements are considered in a context relevant to the security of the Republic of Croatia. Possible threats to the critical infrastructure system are also outlined, as well as certain methods and measures that could increase that security. This paper also shows how modern systems contribute to security and the solutions that are used to achieve a higher level of security, as well as my personal way of thinking about protection and methods in the event of a critical infrastructure threat.
