Abstract

Raspad federacija predmet je mnogih suvremenih politoloških istraživanja. Razdruživanje državnoga saveza Srbije i Crne Gore koje se dogodilo 2006. godine prošlo je zavidno mirno u usporedbi s načinom na koje su ostale bivše konstitutivne jugoslavenske republike došle do neovisnosti. Ovaj rad stoga želi pronaći razloge i uzroke za takvo razdruživanje i odgovoriti na pitanje :„Koji su uzroci prestanka državnopravnih sveza Srbije i Crne Gore?“ Odgovor se nastoji dati pregledom dosadašnjih istraživanja i analiza o temi crnogorske neovisnosti. Rad pokriva razdoblje državnopravnih odnosa od 1992. do 2006. godine, jednako kao i analizu rekonstrukcije crnogorskog nacionalnog identiteta koja je uslijedila nakon osamostaljenja 2006. godine. Analiza rekonstrukcije crnogorskog identiteta detektira dvije ključne odrednice; crnogorski standardni jezik i Crnogorsku pravoslavnu crkvu.

Abstract (english)

The disintegration of federations has been the subject of many contemporary political science studies. The disintegration of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro in 2006 went enviably smoothly compared to the way the other former Yugoslav constituent republics gained independence. This paper therefore seeks to find reasons and causes for such a separation and answer the question: "What are the causes of the termination of state-legal ties between Serbia and Montenegro?" An attempt to find an answer to this question is done through a review of previous research and analysis on Montenegrin independence. The paper covers the period of state-legal relations from 1992 to 2006, as well as the analysis of the reconstruction of the Montenegrin national identity that followed independence in 2006. The analysis of the reconstruction of the Montenegrin identity detects two key determinants; Montenegrin standard language and the Montenegrin Orthodox Church.
