Abstract

Gospodarska je diplomacija oblik je diplomacije kojoj je cilj unaprjeđenje domaćeg
gospodarstva povećanjem izvoza, privlačenjem investicija, učlanjenjem u međunarodne
organizacije te promoviranjem prednosti i konkurentnosti domaćeg gospodarstva u inozemstvu.
Tema gospodarske diplomacije u Hrvatskoj je relativno neistražena te će ovaj rad dati pregled
institucija koje u Hrvatskoj provode gospodarsku diplomaciju i način na koji to čine. Na temelju
tog pregleda uvidjet će se koji od pet analiziranih organizacijskih modela gospodarske
diplomacije Kishana Rane koristi Hrvatska. Radi se o sljedećim modelima: unificirani,
djelomično unificirani, model agencije, model natjecanja i model prepuštanja. Također će se
opisati izazovi hrvatske gospodarske diplomacije i njeni akteri.

Abstract (english)

Economic diplomacy is a subspecies of diplomacy, which seeks to improve the local economy
by increasing exports, attracting investments, membership in international organizations and
promotion of advantages and competitiveness of the domestic economy abroad. The theme of
economic diplomacy in Croatia is relatively not explored and this paper will provide an
overview of the institutions which are carried out by economic diplomacy and how they are
implemented. On the basis of this review will find that the organizational model of economic
diplomacy Croatia is useing. Five listed models Kishan Rana These discribed are: unified,
partially unified, agency model, competitive model and model of abandonment. We will also
meet with some problems of Croatian economic diplomacy and its actors.
