Abstract

Neprofitne organizacije imaju veliku ulogu u zaštiti interesa svojih članova između državnih institucija i privatnog sektora, a događanja su često alat kojim djeluju. U radu je provedeno istraživanje o događanjima neprofitne organizacije kako bi se došlo do zaključka o razlikama između organizacije lokalnih, nacionalnih i internacionalnih događanja na primjeru jedne internacionalne studentske organizacije, Erasmus Student Network. Provedena je kvantitativna analiza dokumenata o 147 događanja tri razine organizacije koji su organizirani od 1. srpnja 2021. do 1. srpnja 2022. godine. Rezultati istraživanja su prikazali kako lokalna razina organizira većinski broj događanja prema lokalnim i internacionalnim studentima što je ujednačeno s prvotnom svrhom pokretanja organizacije. Nacionalna razina je poveznica između lokalne i internacionalne te organizira događanja su za članove organizacije, a internacionalna razina je usmjerena unutar organizacije prema članovima, ali i na van prema dionicima. Zbog toga možemo zaključiti dualnu ulogu događanja neprofitnih organizacija, edukacijsku i promocijsku, čiji je zajednički cilj djelovanje u interesu članova organizacije, a i društva. Podaci nam dodatno potvrđuju bitnu povezanost između neprofitnog sektora i Europske unije, odnosno važnost i razliku djelovanja neprofitnih organizacija ne samo na lokalnoj i nacionalnoj, ali i na internacionalnoj razini te društvenog utjecaj takve strukture i organizacije događanja.

Abstract (english)

Non-profit organizations play a major role in protecting the interests of their members between state institutions and the private sector, and events are often a tool they use. In the paper research was conducted on the events of a non-profit organization in order to reach a conclusion about the differences between the organization of local, national and international events on the example of an international student organization, the Erasmus Student Network. A quantitative analysis of documents was carried out on 147 events of three levels of the organization that were organized from July 1st 2021 to July 1st 2022. The results of the research showed that the local level organizes most events for local and international students, which is consistent with the original purpose of starting the organization. The national level is the link between the local and the international, and organizes events for the members of the organization, while the international level is directed within the organization towards the members, but also outward towards the stakeholders. Because of this, we can conclude the dual role of the events of non-profit organizations, educational and promotional, whose common goal is to act in the interest of the members of the organization and society. The data additionally confirm the important connection between the non-profit sector and the European Union, the importance and difference in the events of non-profit organizations not only at the local and national level, but also at the international level, as well as the social impact of such a structure and organization of events.
