Abstract

Rad analizira rizike na EU sufinanciranim projektima. EU projekti, a i projekti uopćeno su predmet izučavanja menadžmenta i projektnog menadžmenta koje ćemo proći u prvome dijelu rada. Iako je višeznačan menadžment u hrvatskome možemo poistovjetiti s upravljanjem i rukovođenjem budući da je svrha menadžmenta da se upravlja, vremenom, financijama, ljudima, itd. Vrijeme, financije, ljudi i resursi su čimbenici koji definiraju projekte, koje ćemo obraditi u drugome dijelu rada. Pored već spomenutih resursa, kada govorimo o EU projektima, imamo još i dodatno ograničenje u institucionalnom smislu na europskoj, ali i nacionalnoj razini. Zbog toga je provedba EU projekata još zahtjevnija i podložnija pojavljivanju rizika, koje je ipak moguće nadvladati temeljnom pripremom i vještim i kvalitetnim upravljanjem provedbom projekta.

Abstract (english)

The paper analyzes the risks of EU co-financed projects. EU projects, and projects in general, are the subject of the study of management and project management, which we will cover in the first part of the paper. Although management is ambiguous in Croatian, we can identify it with managing and leadership, since the purpose of management is to manage time, finances, people, etc. Time, finances, people and resources are the factors that define projects, which we will deal with in the second part of the paper. In addition to the already mentioned resources, when we talk about EU projects, we also have an additional limitation in the institutional sense at the European and national level. Because of this, the implementation of EU projects is even more demanding and more susceptible to the appearance of risks, which can nevertheless be overcome with fundamental preparation and skilled and high-quality management of project implementation.
