Abstract

U radu se obrađuje tema bilateralnih odnosa Republike Hrvatske i Crne Gore. Prikazan je kratki presjek nastanka međunarodnih odnosa i njihovog razvoja kao i teorije međunarodnih odnosa od antičkih filozofa pa sve do modernih mislioca i osnivanju prvih specijaliziranih institucija za međunarodne teoriju i međunarodne odnose. U radu se pruža objašnjenje liberalističke i realističke međunarodne teorije. Objašnjen je pojam malih država i analizirana vanjska politika istih. Analizirane su osnovne vanjske i unutarnje odrednice vanjskih politike Republike Hrvatske i Crne Gore.
Autor pruža pregled bilateralnih odnosa između Republike Hrvatske i Crne Gore, s posebnim naglaskom na teritorijalna pitanja, pitanja nacionalnih manjina, ekonomske odnose, također pruža se uvid u postupke rješavanja otvorenih pitanja. U radu je analiziran euroatlantski put obiju zemalja i kakav utjecaj euroatlantizam ima na bilateralne odnose između Republike Hrvatske i Crne Gore.

Abstract (english)

This paper deals with the bilateral relations between the Republic of Croatia and Montenegro. In the paper the author briefly elaborates the creation of bilateral relations and their development, as well as theoretical aspects of thereof starting with antic philosophers and ending with modern theorists and establishment of initial specialized institutions dealing with international theory and international relations. The paper elaborates on distinctions between liberal and realistic international theories, it elaborates upon the notion of small states and their respective foreign policies. The paper gives basic internal and external detrimental facts of Croatia’s and Montenegro’s external politics respectively.
The author gives elaborations on bilateral relations between the Republic of Croatia and Montenegro, with the special emphasis on territorial matters, issues related to national minorities, trade relations and he gives and insight into resolution of these two states’ mutual conflicts. The paper gives analysis on Euro-Atlantic prospects for these two states, and it shows the impact these prospects on these two states’ bilateral relations.
