Abstract

Ovim se radom istražuje relativno slabo istraženo područje: strateško komuniciranje arhitektonskih ureda – mikro poduzetnika. Ovu je temu važno istraživati jer se i stručnjaci za odnose s javnošću i sami arhitekti slažu da je uspješno komuniciranje uvelike doprinosi poslovanju arhitektonskih ureda. Ipak, arhitektonski uredi, a posebno mikro poduzetnici, još uvijek oklijevaju s angažiranjem stručnjaka za odnose s javnošću te korištenjem tehnika i alata odnosa s javnošću – što zbog povijesnih okolnosti i modusa operandi profesije, što zbog nedostatka resursa (financijski, zaposlenici, vrijeme). Budući da većina arhitektonskih ureda samostalno vodi odnose s javnošću, ovim se radom predlaže model akcijskog komunikacijskog plana sa savjetima za dobru praksu u odnosima s javnošću koji im može poslužiti kao predložak za organizaciju odnosa s javnošću. Za potrebe izrade prijedloga akcijskog komunikacijskog plana napravljena je analiza triju modela akcijskih komunikacijskih planova za korporativno strateško komuniciranje (model G. M. Blooma i B.-L. Sha, model A. Gregory i model L. Pottera), analiza modela N. Renko i R. Brečić za korporativno strateško komuniciranje mikro poduzeća te analiza triju radovi koji obuhvaćaju temu korporativnog strateškog komuniciranja arhitektonskih ureda (A. Mitrache, E. Reinholdta te S. Forlati, A. Isopp i A. Piber). Izrađen je prijedlog modela akcijskog komunikacijskog plana za arhitektonske urede – mikro poduzetnike koji se nadograđuje na četverofazni model Cutlipa, Centera i Brooma. Sastoji se od 15 koraka raspisanih tako da plan bude što specifičniji i sveobuhvatniji, a time i što jednostavniji i jeftiniji za provedbu. Modelu je pridružen popis savjeta za dobru praksu u odnosima s javnošću.

Abstract (english)

This paper explores relatively under researched area: strategic communication of architecture studios – micro-enterprises. This topic should be researched since both public relations specialists and architects themselves believe that successful communication greatly contributes towards studios’ business activity. Nevertheless, architecture studios, and especially micro-enterprises, are still hesitant about working with public relations specialists, as well as using public relations techniques and tools – partially due to the historical circumstances and the profession’s modus operandi, and partially due to the lack of resources (financial, staff, time). Considering that most architecture studios independently manage their public relations, this paper proposes communication model with guidance on good practices for public relations, which can be used as a template for organizing public relations. For the purpose of creating the model, the following analyses were conducted: analyses of three corporate communication models (G. M. Bloom and B.-L. Sha’s model, A. Gregory’s model and L. Potter’s model), an analysis of N. Renko and R. Brečić’s communication model for micro-enterprises, and analyses of three papers on the topic of architecture studios’ corporate strategic communication (A. Mitrache’s paper, E. Reinholdt’s paper and S. Forlati, A. Isopp and A. Piber’s paper). The proposed communication model for architecture studios – micro-enterprises builds upon Cutlip, Center and Broom’s four-phase model. It consists of 15 steps developed so that the plan is highly specific and comprehensive, and therefore simpler and cheaper to implement. The model is accompanied by a list of guidance on good practices for public relations.
