Abstract

Ovaj rad će istraživati kompleksnu povezanost između digitalne ere, kulture i formiranja stereotipa u društvu. Fokusirat će se na utjecaj digitalnih medija, internetske kulture i društvenih mreža i na koji način su oblikovali percepciju različitosti među pojedincima. Analizirat će kako se digitalni prostor koristi za izgradnju kulturnih normi i kako te norme oblikuju percepciju raznolikosti, stvarajući ili jačajući stereotipe. Rad također razmatra potencijalno pozitivne i negativne aspekte digitalne ere u oblikovanju stavova prema različitostima, nudeći uvid u moguće strategije prevencije i obrazovne pristupe kako bi se smanjile predrasude u digitalnom društvu.

Abstract (english)

This paper will explore the complex connection between the digital era, culture and the formation of stereotypes in society. It will focus on the influence of digital media, internet culture and social networks and how they have shaped the perception of diversity among individuals. It will analyze how the digital space is used to construct cultural norms and how these norms shape the perception of diversity, creating or reinforcing stereotypes. The paper also considers the potentially positive and negative aspects of the digital era in shaping attitudes towards diversity, offering insight into possible prevention strategies and educational approaches to reduce prejudice in a digital society.
