Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada jest pokazati kakve su se sve promjene događale u profesiji televizijskog sportskog novinara od 1957. do 2016. Na promjene u radu utjecale su tehnološke promjene u razvoju televizije – od prvih sportskih prijenosa uživo, prvih reportaža snimljenih na filmskoj vrpci, uvođenja magnetoskopa, pojave televizije u boji te ENG ekipa te naposljetku digitalne tehnologije i interneta. Bitnu promjenu u načinu rada donijela je i pojava komercijalne televizije, a to se naročito osjetilo 2000-ih s jačanjem i pojavom Nove TV, RTL-a i novih digitalnih kanala. Promjene koje su se događala olakšale su svakodnevni rad novinara i ubrzale prijenos sportskih događaja do medija i potom do recipijenata, ali kompetencije, znanja i vještine koje televizijski sportski novinar treba posjedovati ostale su iste. U prvom, teorijskom dijelu opisala sam razvoj profesije sportskog televizijskog novinara kroz posljednjih 60 godina, definirala televizijsko sportsko novinarstvo i kompetencije, znanja i vještine potrebne za obavljanje ove profesije te na temelju intervjua sa sportskim novinarima dotakla se etičkih dvojbi u sportskom novinarstvu. U drugom dijelu, nakon provedenog istraživanja među tri televizijska sportska novinara iznesena su njihova osobna iskustva i stavovi o profesiji, napravljena je usporedba tehnoloških i sadržajnih aspekata televizijskog sportskog novinarstva nekad i danas.

Abstract (english)

The central objective of the Master's thesis is to define the changes that occurred in the lifetime of the TV sport journalism from 1957 until 2016. These changes were influenced by technological revolution in the TV development – the first live TV shows, first stories on the movie tape, usage of the magnetoscope, TV in color, ENG teams and at last digital technology and internet. Commercial television brought a big revolution, especially during 2000s when Nova TV, RTL and new digital channels appeared. These changes made everyday work of the journalists much easier at the same time stimulating broadcast of the sports events through media, towards the recipients, while required competences, skills and knowledge of good sport journalists remained the same. The 60 year development of the TV sport journalist profession has been described in the first theoretical part of this thesis, as well as the definition of the TV sport journalism and competences, knowledge and skills essentialy required for this profession. In this chapter ethical doubts in sport journalism have been discussed based on interviews with sport journalist. In the second part, after the analysis of the interviews with three sport journalists, their personal experiences and professions judgments have been described along with the technological and TV content comparation aspects of the sports journalism now and then.
