Abstract

Predmet ovog doktorskog rada je kritička evaluacija pravaške politike u suvremenoj
Hrvatskoj.Hrvatska stranka prava predstavljala je stožernu pravašku stranku radikalno desne
orijentacije u političkom životu i stranačkom sustavu Hrvatske. Uspostavom višestranačja
stranku su obnovili bivših politički zatvorenici i disidenti Dobroslav Paraga i Ante Paradžik.
Glavna odrednica programa stranke bila je uspostava samostalne hrvatske države. Doktorski
rad baviti će se proučavanjem razdoblja od obnove stranke 1990. do 2011. godine, kada je
Hrvatska stranka prava nakon dvadesetogodišnjeg sudjelovanja u parlamentarnom životu
izgubila status stranke zastupljene u Hrvatskom saboru. S obzirom naočuvanost i dostupnost
dijela stranačke arhive može se temeljito rekonstruirati i analizirati njezina stranačka
organizacija, ideologija, prakticiranje politika povijesti i sudjelovanje u izbornim kampanjama
čime disertacija dobiva svoj interdisciplinarni karakter, odnosno politološko-historiografsko
obradu teme iz suvremene hrvatske političke povijesti.

Abstract (english)

In the doctoral thesis author critically evaluatedthe Party of Right's politics in contemporary
Croatia. The Croatian Party of Right (HSP) was a pivotal Rightist party radical right-wing in
the Croatian party system and political life. Once the multiparty system was established, HSP
was rebuilt by former political prisoners and dissidents Dobroslav Paraga and Ante Paradžik.
The main party’s program was the establishment ofan independent Croatian state. The
doctoral thesis dealt with the study of a period of re-established Party from the early 1990s
to 2011, when the HSP after twenty years of continuous participation in parliamentary life lost
the status of a party represented within the Croatian Parliament. Considering the preserved
and accessibility segment of the party archives one can thoroughly reconstruct and analyze the
party's organization, ideology, and practice politics of history regarding its involvement in the
election campaigns in which the dissertation will receive its interdisciplinary character. The
researching aim of interdisciplinary approach appeared hrough combination of political and
historical sciences.
